The employees are friendly. the lobby area is clean. But the ladies restroom needs attention. The faucets need replacing or a really good cleaning & descaling.

The theater is always very clean, and the staff is always polite and professional. The seats are nice and comfy, popcorn is delish. We love Northwest 14!

Location , self service popcorn and drinks and loved the ability to rent a theater and bring your own blu ray. Will definitely do that again. Everyone I mentioned it to loved the thought of doing that

WE liked everything. It was clean. The drink selection is awesome! The popcorn was just okay.
Theater had good sound. Although masking up still, it felt great to get out again.
Took a couple of neighbors with us.
