great theater, great service!

Everything was great.

I always enjoy movies at Santikos theaters. My “go to “ theater, pre-pandemic because I could always count on independent, non-mainstream movies being shown.
The seats are comfortable, the staffs are courteous, and the theaters are clean. I also like the idea of how much the Santikos foundation gives back to the community.

Good experience at the Embassy. Movie was a little slow in places but your personnel were nice, efficient and friendly. The theatre was very clean in all areas, lobby, concession and the screening room. Thanks.

Relaxed and clean atmosphere, the new Self serve popcorn machine and food pickup kiosk are a nice touch. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only issue was the chairs seem to be getting a little worn down, on 2 recent visit in different theaters, it felt like something mechanical was poking in my lower back when reclining, but not enough to make the entire experience uncomfortable. Overall, great theater!

The theater has been redone and is really comfortable. The food was good. I really like the automatic vending of food that has to be prepared. When I told my husband about the ability to serve his own popcorn, he was really excited.

Nice clean theaters with good food.

Movie was good. The popcorn needs to be changed out more often since the customer has to self serve. Pizza was a little greasy, but, it is a movie theater. LOL

Been going to theaters for many years. I’m blown away at how we see movies now. Great experience every time we go to Santikos to watch movies. Would t go anywhere else honestly.

This is my favorite theater. It’s always clean. The staff is always friendly and I feel safe bringing my family here.

Welcoming staff and facilities very clean

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Having a chef prepared hot dog with a toasted bun and crispy skin on the hot dog was a big hit and a reason to return Mary Ellen (ticket person) was so helpful. Looking forward to seeing her again.
The recliner seats were so comfortable. We will definitely come back although we drove a few extra miles.
