Movie was good. The popcorn needs to be changed out more often since the customer has to self serve. Pizza was a little greasy, but, it is a movie theater. LOL

Been going to theaters for many years. I’m blown away at how we see movies now. Great experience every time we go to Santikos to watch movies. Would t go anywhere else honestly.

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Having a chef prepared hot dog with a toasted bun and crispy skin on the hot dog was a big hit and a reason to return Mary Ellen (ticket person) was so helpful. Looking forward to seeing her again.
The recliner seats were so comfortable. We will definitely come back although we drove a few extra miles.

Embassy is beautiful. I’m fine with the automation. Saves time and effort.

Wait times with all the commercials seems tp get longer and longer. Be nice if the website gave the length of the ads, so we wouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for the show to start.

How bout recording on our rewards card that we are over 21. My 74 year old wife often forgets to bring her ID. Travels light to the moves. I’m 72. Kinda irritating to be ID’d. We don’t exactly look 20. I know, I know. TABC is tough. But “OVER 21” could easily be added to the Rewards data set that pops up with our phone number.

I have been an Alamo Drafthouse fan here and when we lived in VA., however when we moved back to S. A. We tried your Galaxy. We have been hooked since! We go almost every week! All round the best theaters that we ever have been to!
