During this pandemic the staff is taking all the precaucions for the public like keeping clean the concession stands, where the vending machines are, having gloves, etc, and make me and my family feel safe going at the mayan movies during theses difficults times

I love the theaters, they are beautiful and comfortable. However, the food concession stand and management at the Mayan theater definitely needs more training. They forget about my Pretzel and left me standing for 25 minutes. The Manager was rude and unprofessional. The other Santikos theaters have awesome service and need no training.

The service was good. The employees were great and were friendly. The concession food area had great service and the food was great! The theater area was great, the seats were satisfying and the movie sound and experience was great! Highly recommended!
