Needed to switch our tickets from a 10:15 pm to 9:15 pm show on a Friday night, but the attendance at the cashier was so kind and helpful and with no problem switch our movie. My husband and I had not been to your theater in years. It was a great experience and loved all the changes that have been made. Although we live by crossroads and super close to Northwest theatre, we both agreed to visit your theatre again.
I love the seats, unlimited popcorn, and unlimited drinks. The only thing I can really complain about is the bathrooms being all the way in the back. I wish they would make bathrooms at the front of the theater since most of the time we go we are in the theaters at the front. It would be more convenient so we don't miss much of the movie.

It’s easy to purchase movie tickets ahead of time and just walk right in without having to wait in line
Great location and I love the reclining seats. Also, I enjoy mixing my own soda and pouring the butter on the popcorn. It’s important to me that Santikos gives so much to the community.

Movies & clean
The auditorium had some technical issues (that were no ones fault - tech issues happen) and once I expressed my concerns I got a fairly quick response. Roy with customer service went above and beyond! He asked what my issues were and how to resolve them. He was great and honestly the fastest and most genuine conversation through email I've had with customer service. 10 out of 10! And of course I'll be returning to a Santikos theater soon!

The person I purchased my ticket through didn't know what I was talking about , so I asked him to talk to a manager about the offer. He finally found out about the $5.00 military price. Then I asked about the $5.00 popcorn and $5.00 drink , well he said there was no such thing. As I was looking for my email on my phone, I asked the other lady that was next to him selling tickets she knew what I was talking about and showed your employee which button to use. I almost left but thank God one of your employees was informed about Military Mondays.
I know I'll be back on mondays to see other movies.
