The politeness of the staff. How well the cleanliness from the front lobby to the restrooms. Lets not forget the freshness of the popcorn. My wife and I visit the Mayan Theaters every Thursdays for the past 4 years, except when it was closed during covid. Ive been going to this Santikos Theater even when it was Century South since the 70s. Thank you and continue the great work.

My husband and myself had not been to a movie theater in close to two years but todays
experience was great. We felt safe, everything was very clean. Movie was great and so were the nachos and popcorn.

We watched a movie for 30 min with no sound I went and reported it after ten more minutes I went again and they fixed it and started it over we watched it from the beginning and was never even offered a refund or passes or anything. Very disappointed
