I love my Mayan theatre. I like when I get there and I go to the snack bar and get my snacks and we go to our seats and snuggle in.
However the best thing that I really love about my Santico’s experience is that y’all have audio earphones for the hearing impaired, which I use. That really elevates my experience at Santico’s and I’m able to watch a movie like everybody else and hear everything that everybody else can hear.

It was easy to purchase tickets online, everything was clean and the food was amazing..

The theater is always so clean, and, in my opinion, has the most comfortable seats. I also love that for the blockbuster movies, the drink machines are really close to the theater. The staff is also always very friendly and helpful. Mayan Palace went from "one of my favorite" theaters, to my absolute favorite without a doubt.

Great food and snacks, great deals and comfortable seating.

We go all the time. I don't like it when I buy nachos that I have to pay for the jalapenos. Nachos should always come with jalapenos unless you can't handle the heat.

I won’t go to any other theatre other than Santikos.

The service was great. We request the theater 1-2 times weekly. We are noticing the chairs need to be replaced or serviced. At least 3 times this year. Our chairs do not recline. Plus they’re peeling bad and the material sticks to your skin. The bar is never open and we have to go get someone. It’s an inconvenience if we are rushed on time.
Other than that, the service at the snack bar is a bit faster.
