Loved how clean restrooms were and theater rooms.easy to order tickets online and love that we are able to get our own popcorn, butter and drinks by ourselves. Staff was very friendly

I enjoy the self serving popcorn. The many choices of drinks. Compared to other theaters, Santikos will be my first choice for movies. The only think I noticed about Santikos is the popcorn buckets and cups aren’t usually sold when a new new movie is out. It hurts to see other theaters have these cool popcorn buckets, cups and etc. also when yall do have a kids bucket set in the screen, if the theater is out of those kids bucket please remove it from the screen or have a sign. We went for Kung fu panda 4 and we asked for the kids panda box but they had run out. This ruined my kids mood a bit. It would be nice knowing that you are out of the product.
