The service was great. I was having trouble buying tickets online. I’ve resorted to buying tickets at the Mayan instead. The online $2 ticket increase is ridiculous for 6-10 tickets at a time.
We frequent the Mayan 1-3 times week. The young man at the bar was very friendly. The staff at the concession was as fast as could with the people that flooded in. The only draw back is that they never have hotdogs before our movies start. We have to go back during the movie to pick them up.

Nice theater. Very clean. Polite staff. Good food. Comfortable seats! Like the game room. Good experience. Recommend.

How they look out for the town

I enjoy the atmosphere of kindness and smiles. We also enjoy the movie in a nice, comfy chair.

The concession worker was very nice.
The popcorn machine needs to be attended to a little bit more often maybe. I understand though it's the customers. Overall I think it's a great theater. Keep up the good work!

I love the fact that at this location I can get my refill of popcorn without having to go to the counter where there is a chance that I might have to stand behind people that are ordering their snacks. It gets me back to my movie very fast.

Well I would like to see Better deals for Seniors and Veterans like me. I really cannot afford the 10.00 plus that Santikos charges. I have to wait for military Monday to enjoy the movies at Santikos,it would be nice if there was more then One day during the week.I went to the movies at the mayan and I had to pay more because the show was at the AVX so i paid the expensive price and the movie was empty.
