My family and I have had the pleasure of repeated visits to the Santikos Mayan location. We absolutely love everything about this experience, from the seating, to self-serve popcorn and drinks. The bathrooms are clean and have plenty of stalls.

I grew up going to the Mayan Palace…even before it was called the Mayan! Over the years, even with the changes and remolding, they’re made it feel like home and a good environment inside to enjoy a night at the movies with my own kids now that I’m grown up! I’ve never had any issues with employees or cleanliness! We love the Mayan

Santikos theater offers first run movies and is conveniently located near our house. It is clean and has good sized auditoriums. I really appreciate its cleanliness I sometimes like to see films that are “off the beaten path,” in which case I will another theater that shows independent film. However, for most of my cinematic needs, Santikos fulfills the requirements quite well.

Icee machine was working and employees keeping everything clean.

Five Stars from everything to the self serve popcorn with butter the self serve soda machine where you can add different flavorings to the recliner seats I recommend the Mayan movie to everyone I know all the time. It's always a 10/10 experience for me and my family and we enjoy it at least once a week if not once every two weeks.

Theatre was clean, Associates were very courteous and polite. I had no disruptions during my movie. Overall great experience!

I've always enjoyed going to Santikos with my family for years, it's close and convenient and I love being able to use my loyalty points to occasionally get free drinks or popcorn at concessions. I also enjoy being able to buy tickets online to reserve my seats hassle free.

Employees are friendly, easy to buy tickets and seats are comfortable.

Normally always a great time here, but the one time something went wrong, someone did reach out to me to make it better.

The seats and how clean

We love our neighborhood movie theater, Mayan Palace Theatre. Great movies shown and the old-school arcade games are awesome.

I really liked my experience at the Santikos Mayan theater. My family and I were welcomed by Ethan who had great energy and insight into the movie we were going to see. We also enjoyed the fast checkout experience with both our tickets and concessions. Evelyn was very helpful to make the most of our Santikos membership. We will definitely be back again soon.
