This girl named Magen Jasso who was like, very quick, honest, and sweet when taking care of me at Guest Services. She takes care of her customers as good as she knows her job. It's great to have these kind of managers working at this facility.

The theathers are clean, and the bathrooms.. Great customer service.. I have the Loyalty Rewards card i get to accumulate points and use it too by tickets and food.. Awsome place

I like going to the Mayan because when u buy ur drinks u can get a refill. Choosing ur seating is also fantastic. The only thing is that prices for food or drink r kinda high. N one more thing, my granddaughter loves to eat popcorn with jalapenos n I don't think that there should b a charge for jalapenos. Other than that, I think it's fantastic, like it better than Regal. What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love how santikos has free summer movies. Not all families can afford to entertain their kids the whole summer bt you guys make it possible to have "movie days" The staff is courteous and kind and very friendly.
