My husband and I ordered from the concession a burger and steak sandwich. Elysia, the young lady that served us saw that our order was still a few minutes away and noticed we wanted to get in our seats so as not to miss the movie of our choice offered and took our food to us at our seats. This act of complete customer service surprised us and made us greatful that we chose this Santikos. We went to the manager and expressed our gratitude and commended your wonderful staff.
