Ticket service is fast, professional and very affortable, the food court is good and the products are fresh and worth the money. We use to go to other theaters for several years but their prices have increase and the produts have not, so we decided to give Santikos Mayan a try with some friends and we have been going to your theater since. We recommend your theather to all our friends and they are also going there. I hope that you all continue the awesome service and never forget that the customers make your theater work, keep treating them with dignity and respect, especially us seniors. What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everyone tries to make your visit a good visit. Everyone helps you and also ask if there's anything they can do for me. If I look like something is wrong they ask if everything is okay. All the employees make sure that we have a very good visit and in return we come back and recommend the Mayan Palace to our friends.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I always enjoy coming to this theater during the week and occasionally on weekends. Unfortunately, the weekends are now filled with teens and pre-teens who make watching movies difficult. As far as this pre-screening, I did not have a way to print out my tickets and the email I received said to show the online tickets at the front door. At first, they were hesitant to let me in but I showed the email and the site of where I was routed, per event brite, and they let me in.

I've been going to the movies for years, I've only had one complaint. Santikos is always evolving, keeping things up to date and making sure guests are taken care of.

The only complaint I've had was they did away with the popcorn shirts and the rewards card. The new rewards card is ok but I liked the other one better. With the old rewards card and popcorn shirt I was able to take my family to the movies once or twice a week if not more, now we are more selective on when and how many times we go to the movies.
