What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I liked the fact that we had a slight problem in reference to our theater and showtime, and both managers quickly resolved our problem and placed us in a different theater, different showing, and because of the inconvenience caused,they refunded our entry fee even though we told them they didn't have to do that.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The sound system was awesome. The seats very comfortable especially that the elbow rests can be lifted. The cashier who sold us the popcorn was very courteous. The only small thing was was that the guy who refilled the bucket did not empty the bucket. Other than that everything good.

Everything is just right there. No need to walk from theaters to back way in front for popcorn refill then way back to get butter and soda refills. Plus multiple butter areas.

The line to get your tickets was pretty fast compared to other theaters I've gone to. Management was there to assist customers of they had a question.

I went during the week. There were no lines & the staff was really friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was that I went to see a 3D movie, the glasses (which are used) did not seem clean. Makes me wonder if they clean them. Since I thought they were new, I didn't check till we were already sitting down. I used hand sanitizer to clean them.

I love how now you don't have to go in a dark theater and look for a seat Now its alot better how you can pick exactly you want to sit at and how the points are given alot better than the previous reward points card
