I like going to the Mayan because when u buy ur drinks u can get a refill. Choosing ur seating is also fantastic. The only thing is that prices for food or drink r kinda high. N one more thing, my granddaughter loves to eat popcorn with jalapenos n I don't think that there should b a charge for jalapenos. Other than that, I think it's fantastic, like it better than Regal. Thank u
I love how santikos has free summer movies. Not all families can afford to entertain their kids the whole summer bt you guys make it possible to have "movie days" The staff is courteous and kind and very friendly.

On a previous experience, some problems occurred. After that occasion, Eli Perez went out of his way to contact me, apologize for any inconvenience and invite me back to the location.
On this latest occasion (which this survey reflects), service was excellent. At one point, a patron charged a phone in the wall (which continuously vibrated at multiple times during the feature). I informed an employee and within a few minutes the problem was resolved.
In fact, the service was so great this last occasion that I have decided to return the following day to Mayan Theatre with three additional people to purchase tickets for a movie that we were initially going to see at the Alamo Drafthouse.
Please acknowledge Mr. Perez and the staff for their exceptional work.
