Great customer service. The entire experience was great. The seats were very comfortable, the bartender was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff we came across.

Dolores is a really good worker. And having her the bar area was awosome. She really knows what she's doing. She not only served us well she went out of our way to make sure we were alright. She even ask us questions about our movie to make sure we wouldn't miss it. She is a really good worker. And just to say your drinks are to die for.

The seating is incredible, so glad there was upgrade. Unlimited refills on drinks is a huge plus. I have a theater 5 minutes away and I'd rather drive to Santikos Mayan to watch a movie.
