love the renovations. How people stand in line for concession is confusing. It’s normally one line and next goes to next available register but was told it’s three lines. Maybe ropes to show that’s there are three lines. Love the reclining seats. I would go to north side locations but have been going to Mayan recently.

Well i did like the new look, and variety of things , but this is my first time using my points, the only thing is kind of sad is that this theater doesn't have more variety like the other ones, with Ice cream concession and coffee shop, this is just a theater really simple but is the closest to my house . And we just see the movie and when we whan to see a movie and have family fun we go to silverado 16 or down town one because is more fun.

I really enjoyed the remodel. It is so nice to see the Mayan be comparable to the other San Antonio Santikos locations.

Love the new seats and the sleek new look of the whole place. We saw Ferdinand and thoroughly enjoyed it but we froze the whole movie. Thats my only complaint. Otgerwise GREAT JOB!!!❤

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We have been going to this theatre to see many great movies. Each time we go, we have a great experience. The cashiers at the window are very polite. The ushers keep the theatres and lobby clean. The restrooms are always stacked, nice and neat. Over all the staff and environment is top notch. We also appreciate the matinee discount. We are a family of six; so we always appreciate the discount pricing.

Keep up the great work. As we will remain loyal customers for many years to come.

I like what you've done to the Mayan palace from the concession area to the reclining seats. But what I'm trying to find out why I haven't received my free ticket for my birthday as I am a loyalty card member.
