everything was really good fresh popcorn great seats and space between them excellent, the only thing is that at the exit of the room close by the door it has this ugly smell like a very old dirty carpet and that makes me think about how clean are in the kitchen. restrooms are very uncomfortable and smell bad

Staff is friendly and welcoming. the seats are comfortable and spaced well apart. I grew up going to Century South theatres in my youth, was pleasantly surprised with the theatre now. Quicklly became my favorite theatre again.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love this theater and always recommended it. I have left my air pods and my wallet in theater and both were picked up by an employee and put in lost and found with nothing missing. I will always consider this as my number one theater. So well kept and employees are very respectful.

My favorite thing about the Mayan is not only the friendly staff but also the comfortable seating. So much room! And the mangonada! Yum! The food is great also!

Besides the FREE popcorn, the new seats, very comfortable & more space to walk.
I wish I can get other FREE iteams too, I'm a regular customer as You can see in my visits.
But I'm very happy with popcorn too, thank You.

Every time we go to the Mayan Theater we feel like if we're in our living room watching a movie with family. Wish we were able to go more often but now that we have two kids, it's not always best financially.
