The entire experience was awesome! The reclining seats make it feel like home. The free refills on drinks and popcorn make it well worth it. My family and I enjoyed the food as well. It's been a long while since I've been to the Mayan theater, and compared to last time, it is a major upgrade.

Our overall exprience is always nice, the employees are super great, however, I always have to constantly remind them I need my points instead of them leading with the rewards program. That's from the ticket booth to the consession stand. Also, I'm a little offended with the advertizing of San Antonio before any movie starts. There are more races that are born and raise in San Antonio other than Caucasian and Hispanic a variety of culture and races would show a better example of San Antonio. You guys except the green (money) from us all, it would be nice to feel more at ease at your establishment. But for the most part, it's all good.

The ticket taker was smiling and courteous , the concession person was very helpful and took her time explaining options, the theater was exceptionally clean , the floor was spotless. And you had a mgr or someone by the game machines that was very helpful and after observing that we didn’t win a toy for my 6 year old grandson and guess he heard me explaining that we couldn’t play anymore he opened up the machine and gave him the toy we were trying to win. I always visit your theater but now will advise everyone else to do the same . It was an incredible experience for my family . It also was. Aliso a life lesson for my grandson after I explained why the mgr gave him the toy .
