I love that you upgraded all your theaters with the reclining chairs, bar area, and food.

On the other hand, your web site and your app are in bad shape. there are times where I can log in and even worst is when I have to cancel show tics. You really need to work on these issues.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theaters, the concessions. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the new seats. Although I enjoy being able to adjust the seat I leave the theater with a bit of a neck ache. I'm short in stature and the top part of the seat is exactly where my head sits as opposed to my neck. Otherwise, I do enjoy the theater.
I wish managements approach to people using their phone during the movie was more like Alamo Drafthouse.

We had a great time at Mayan Palace! It was clean and the staff was so courteous. The manager was training a new employee and we could see how patient and knowledgeable he was with the young man. We look forward to the next movie experience at this theater.
