The theater is a smaller than the other Santikos locations, so it felt more like the theaters I grew up with. It's more personal and doesn't need all the flashiness of the others.

Is clean, seats are comfortable. I do wish your website would let me purchase tickets so I could get my loyalty member points. I've had it not purchase tickets at the pay process twice and have lost 5 tickets worth of points on my card. I wish there was a way for me get that credited to my account. When will this be fixed?

Love the whole experience! Being able to choose our seats. Seats are comfortable. All of the staff are very nice.
