Recently I saw a movie at this theatre. I was sent an e-mail and asked to do an online survey. I shared that the staff was very professional and friendly. I also shared that my reserved seat was dirty. I received a quick, polite response from management. I was also given two free tickets to see a future movie. Nobody’s perfect, but in a situation like this, I so appreciate how they responded. I will definitely return to this theatre!
I love the updates to theaters as well as options for how I view movies. Some are worthy of AVX and others just standard or even IMAX. Santikos allows me a choice. It is also almost a guilt free date or a charitable entertainment due to so much right back into community.
It is a nice experience; however, do not appreciate having to pay $3 for tickets online to ensure I have a seat by the time I arrive to the theater.

As a customer I have become so accustomed to all the amenities that the newer theaters offer. But employees like Rachel and her staff are why customer still go to the older venues.
