Staff were so helpful, from the people who helped my with my ticket purchase to give me my points on my reward account to the concession person that assisted us with our purchases and the theater was clean.

Went to see Spiderman, and everything was great. Popcorn was hot and fresh. Staff where great, they had their hands full with 20 million YMCA kids running around. Thank you for another great Santikos experience.

I had had a bad experience, which was odd for me since Santikos had always been my choice of cinema because of service and great movie experience, and was contacted by management to ask about the situation. Rachel Magalee was so please t to deal with and very understanding. Not very many companies tale the tone to reach out to their customers to address concerns. They are great and will continue to earn my buisness
