What I love about my Santikos experience is that I know I can always count on Santikos to provide not only high quality customer service, but cleanliness and great hospitality. Hospitality is everything when it comes to any business, and I am never let down when visiting any Santikos theatre.

the seats needed to be cleaned and the employee that sold us our ticket did not ask for our Santikos Reward Number, but she did give us a Dragonball Z card since their attendance and was low and my husband asked about it.

I enjoyed watching Ant-Man and the WASP last night. The sound and movie quality were great and the theater was clean. I totally dig the refill stations. Santikos Silverado has very pleasant and accommodating employees. I look forward to the Silverado changes when the reclining seats are added.
