I have always like reserved seating at the theater. However, I would like to see 94% fat fee popcorn sold at the concession stand. Additional butter can always be added. We need to get San Antonio to be a healthy city.

The Silverado theater is right around the corner from my home. Always good service and we love the popcorn!

This has been and still is my favorite theatre. It's a simple theatre without all the bells and whistles, and has nice seating, nice big theatre screens, and a great sound system. I watch around 1 to 2 movies a month and they are all at this location.

I actually went for a movie preview but the theater was full before we could get in. So we opted to stay and see a movie since we were already out. I enjoy the rewards program. I just wish the rewards weren't so few and far between. Money is tight and as a full time student with a full time job, a night out at the movies isn't something I get to enjoy often.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great theater and lots of room with the chairs that we chose. Also very clean. Had my daughter upset that we couldn't go and watch Dora the Explorer due to them giving out too many movie screening passes and had to drive all the way across San Antonio to get there. But at least they gave us tickets to watch Spider man at kids prices.

I recently provided feedback about a recent visit that was not so great.
I received a quick response from Rachel Magalee who made sure to take care of the problem I reported. She understood my concern and invited us back to the theatre.

To be honest I didn’t think I would get a response back. She not only met but exceeded my expectations!

Great customer service Santikos! Can’t wait for the new and improved Silverado Theater!
