I like that the people who work there are so helpful and I am happy to see that you hire special needs people. The one thing I would change is the cost of the items at the snack bar. Way too expensive.

People professional & only issue I have is - I come early to your movie theater early due bad traffic on 1604 & purchase both large popcorn & drink. I infirm cashier attend I want only my drink & later get my popcorn due to waiting 30 minutes before movie. Most of employees say No to me & explain 30 minutes to movie. Eventually I get my popcorn & can you brief your staff on this subject. Thanks & Life Time Santikos Fan !

I love the online ticketing experience and assigned seating; it provides peace of mind knowing I will sit where I want without having to "save seats" or arrive an hour early. I frequent the Silvarado and almost always have to go to guest services for my tickets since the kiosks have issues, but the employee are always friendly and provide excellent service. I prefer this location to any other theate in San Antonio.

Cleanliness of theatre all the time. Associates are always accommodating & very froendly & with a smile.
Everyone is ready to help you. Movie experience is so much more enjoyable with good service.

I always love going to silverado or the palladium, its so quick to get in and out, the seats are awesome and never have an issue finding a good seat.
