Usually very good experience...very clean. One bad experience during Jurassic Park--with a child that was hanging on the back of my chair, and crying. Parents didn't do anything. I complained to a manager, and they witnessed it. They eventually confronted the parents and the mom and child left. It took over 30 minutes for everything to be completed. Manager never apologized, or offered another viewing of the movie. This experience was ruined. Otherwise, its usually a good time at Silverado.
We are always given good service. The theatre that we go into to see the movie is always clean. Feel very comfortable.
My family likes the assigned seating because we don't have to worry about rushing in to save seats. My children love the arcade. We also enjoy the self serving drinks. Please don't switch to the new coke machines that have one spout for all the drinks like the other theaters. We do not go to the Palladium because of the coke machines. We enjoy the Silverado Theater also because it is clean.
