All in all it's a good theater. It's the one I typically attend out of all your Santikos. Sadly I had my license plates stolen two weeks ago there, and I have yet to hear back from your security, loss prevention person. I have left at least three messages for him. I was just hoping the bandits were caught on camera the theaters are clean, customer service is good, popcorn is nice and fresh. tell your employees to keep up the smiles, it makes a difference. Also your bathrooms are much cleaner than the Palladium I was that last weekend. Keep it up :-).

I like the assigned seating, the stadium seating and the rewards program.
I really like the layout of the theater. It's not too big or too small. You can reach the restrooms from either side of the theater unlike casa blanca.

I really like the size of the Silverado Theater, it reminds me of the old neighborhood theaters which were just perfect. The theater is busy but less crowded than bigger theaters. The staff is friendly and professional and it’s always clean and welcoming. I have to add that I love the decore, whoever sets up this theaters visual advertising is doing a fantastic job. We always find ourselves looking around and pointing and reminding each other of the next movie we can’t wait to see at Silverado.
