I take my 9 year old grandkids (triplets) to the movies frequently. I always feel safe. The theater is clean - just an overall great experience!

My experience at Silverado theatre was very nice. People that work there are friendly, place is kept clean and the food court is awesome.I go there at least twice a month.

Me an my family were at the Movies to see the The Meg and we were in line for refreshments. Lady manager went behind the counter to help out no issue with that, my concern is employees had hats on, she didn't her hair was long and loose. Concern with hair getting in our refreshments.

The customer service is always great. The concession clerk ask for my reward card which was great because I forget sometime. Always enjoy my stay at this theatre.

The staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. The theatre was very clean. Please keep projecting the “No active cell Phone “ policy. A man and his wife sat next to me with a cell phone that they occasionally checked during the movie. I was disturbed by the bright light and disgusted that they could not follow some simple and courteous rules. Other than that, my family and I had a great time at the movies. Perhaps an usher could verbally announce “No Cell Phones during the Movie Please”—For anyone who doesn’t read or understand the English language.
