There are problems everywhere, however when bought to the attention of the employees of a Company should be attended to. The Theater is kept cleaner and sometimes there a few other problems. However, for the most part Silverado is a good Theater to attend. Keep up the good work while continuing to satisfy your customers.

It was so easy to order tickets online and there was no hassle showing my confirmation at the theater.The seats were comfy and there was plenty of room so we didn't feel crowded. As always, concessions were fresh and delish! Overall, it was an awesome family experience.

I ask about the Santikos, rewards and the mgr process my tickets last Saturday evening around 7:pm. wife and me. I was very pleased about the whole concept of rewards. I was elated about the whole experience. Thanks for great service.

There was alot of cashiers available at concession upon arrival. Was expecting reclining seats because of assigned seated but nonetheless sound and visual quality was great.
