Temperature in the theater was nice, no wait at the concession counter and staff are friendly. My only complaint would be the lines on the screen in auditorium 5.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My family and I went to see Halloween on Saturday, sometime in the afternoon. We were having trouble getting our tickets because I had forgotten my wallet at home with my card and my husband couldn’t find the email. A manager was able to help us, she was able to look up the purchase and give us the tickets. She was so patient and kind I’ve never been had such a good experience as the one I did then because I felt taken care of. I can’t quite remember if her name was Clarissa or Melissa but she was a doll.

There was no waiting line to buy tickets. Ushers were friendly. Family restroom was clean. The theatre room was clean.

I love the Silverado 16 in San Antonio, TX. The customer service was amazing and the theatre is nice.

They are showing Faith based films that our local, Embassy Theater, is not.
The staff is very friendly, things are mostly clean. The seats are not as comfortable as at the Embassy.

It’s a nice theater. It’s very clean and pretty comfortable. I wish they had the Freestyle drink machine though.
