Santikos,

I want to start off by saying that I am a loyalty rewards member and have been coming to Santikos theaters for over 10 years. I appreciate all of the hard work put in by all of your employees to make all of your theaters the best in town.

However, I regret that I must inform you for the first time in 10 years I was extremely disappointed. I took my kids to Incredibles 2 (645PM - Theater 2) tonight and despite excellent customer service from all members of staff - the theater was EXTREMELY HOT. I typically bring a blanket for myself and each kid as your theaters tend to run cold. This evening however my entire family was uncomfortably sweating through the entire movie.

I realize that I should have spoken directly to management at the time but with young children in tow it is extremely difficult to break away to deal with such matters - hence me writing to you now.

I do hope that you understand I will continue to enjoy your theaters in the future, but I do hope that you work on regulating the temperature better so that it is not unbearable.

My family and I always have a great time when we go to see a movie at any santikos theatre we have been to. The staff is always courteous and helpful. One thing I can think of that would make it better is of they offered brewed unsweet and sweet iced tea as a drink option.
