The theaters were clean and well maintained. The sound level was perfect for the size of the audience and the temperature was comfortable. Fresh popcorn and a great selection of drinks I had a great experience, can’t wait to see the upgrades and revamp!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Although some theatres have rather unpleasant odors (urine)... I LOVE our SANTIKOS... because of your staff. They are the creme-da-la-creme; an excellent group of young courteous happy professionals who...if they don’t know the answer to a question they reach out to a teammate and as a customer I see a happy inner action between the two to get me an answer = STELLAR Culture!

There has not been one time when we are disappointed from a trip to the theater with you. Whether it is the movies or bowling your establishment is top notch! Everyone has a smile and the service is always great. My kids love going.

The customer service was excellent and the experience was awesome, the only problem I had was the seats, I only wish that they were a nicer and that the theatre was a bit cooler and not as warm during the movie.

It was quick and easy getting in, by buying tickets in advance on the app. The concessions staff was very friendly and the theater was clean and comfortable. Also love that you can refill your drinks and control your own butter on popcorn
