I enjoyed the amenities offered by the theatre: games, food, drinks. The family restroom was helpful.

The screen types offered at different theaters is also a useful amenity.

That you all give to local charities is a big reason I would recommend; however, I have read that the giving that is actually happening may not be as much as originally advertised. Making your giving a transparent part of the movie-going experience would definitely make your theatres a stronger choice.

I took my son and his friends to watch the Detective Pikachu movie for my son's birthday. The boys were given 2 packs of the Pokemon cards when I showed the digital ticket at guest services.
When we got out of the movie there was a girl standing there handing out more cards so I told the boys to get one. Well one of the boys had his other packs in his hand and the girl refused to give him another card. I had gone to the bathroom when this occurred and the boys told me about it when I came out. The girl from a distance popped up and said he already had 2 packs. I told her the other 2 also had received 2 packs when we came in and she gave me attitude and said "fine!" and gave him the pack.
She was extremely rude in the whole thing and made me really mad. I wish I would have thought about bringing it to the attention of the manager while I was there. I never saw her name but I believe she was blonde and heavy set.

Everyone is friendly and like that my son is accepted and treated with respect with his autism and everyone is always nice and talked to him about his study animals that he takes. As a family, we enjoy the ease of getting our seats an arriving when we need to for the movie and not have to get there extremely early.
