The staff are very polite and offer insights towards movie times, recommendations, and special events. Of course, the pricing is great but knowing that I'm helping my local community is even better. The locations are spread out enough and each theater has it's own theme and ambiance. Such a great place and all within a short drive from my home. If I'm not near my home, I can usually find a Santikos within short driving distance. Being a loyalty member and having cash rewards redeemable towards new movies and snacks is always a treat. Thank you, Santikos!

It's family oriented, and the environment is safe, clean. The staff is very courteous. Just like the commercial for HEB states this is my heb. Well Santikos (SILVERADO 16 IS MY AND MY WIFE'S THEATER) WE LOVE IT.
