The cleanliness of the theatre ...great hot freshly made popcorn, not the stored in bags popcorn, or the already in the bucket cold popcorn. Friendly personnel.

We love our Snatikos! We go to Silverado and it is always clean and the staff is nice. Lots of people there so lines are never too long either. Bar has great food--- real food! Yum!

The theater is always vert clean $ the people working there are ver helpful& courteous. I'm also writing as I haven't receives my rewards points for the last movie we went to. It was:
Pons on the 27 th of May. With 4 tickets bought, 1 large bucket popcorn $ I large drink. I just got back into town & checked to see if I received this credit and I haven't. Please apply to my account. Thank you

My biggest complaint is you guys changed the kid pack. No candy? And no popcorn refill? I might just take my son to Alamo Drafthouse so I can get unlimited popcorn.

Santiko's commitment to the local community. We love the entertainment options you offer, but what definitely tips the balance vs other alternatives is your support to groups in our community like YOSA, etc.

The only suggestion I have is, please kindly consider having some special treatment, a discount maybe for people with disabilities (i.e. Down Syndrome)?
