Have enjoyed all the Santikos locations. Silverado is closest to where I live. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Theaters are always clean and concessions are always fresh.

Santikos visit was great, my only issue was that during the movie an employee came on the top row to ask someone to step out which pulled away from me watching the movie unfortunately.

I’m a regular at the Silverado location, and I’ve never had a less than exceptional experience. Staff is always friendly and the theatres are always clean. I would definitely recommend.

seating at the Palladium is sooooo comfortable. I do wish that Silverado would be upgraded as well.
I was also pleased to find that the golden combo was changed to being available at all times. As a senior citizen, I cannot eat and drink large quantities of food. Plus you have to admit that the prices of drinks and popcorn are pretty high for us.

Movies has become a good source of entertainment for me. However, many of us cannot afford going as often as we would like, but I do appreciate things like your rewards, golden combo, and senior discounts. This at least allows me to splurge a little.

Uodated chairs would be nice. We were in theater four. Improved sofa fountains that allows wider choices and different flavors to be added to the drinks.
