Since moving back to San Antonio this is the only theater we go for family night or even date night. Place is nice and cozy and employees are friendly

It's clean and the staff at the snack bar are friendly. The crowd's are well behaved. I feel safe walking to my car. It could use another butter machine. Some people are slow pouring They're butter so there's usually a line.

I like the fresh popcorn no matter what time we are there and we are able to get our own drinks. The theater is clean and welcoming.

As always we like visiting Silverado 16 on Helotes on Bandera rd. Very nice courteous people and always clean environment.

Silverado is like a local secret cinema because we don't have to deal with all the tourists like Casablanca does every weekend. We always have a 5-star experience with our local Santikos cinema!

I was extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Kaitlyn Henage. I felt extremely valued as a customer and am now enrolled to your loyalty program thanks to her. It is ONLY because of her and her will to go above and beyond that your company has gained a life long customer. I will, absolutely, promote and recommend this theatre to all my friends and family over any other theatre.
