There has not been one time when we are disappointed from a trip to the theater with you. Whether it is the movies or bowling your establishment is top notch! Everyone has a smile and the service is always great. My kids love going.

The customer service was excellent and the experience was awesome, the only problem I had was the seats, I only wish that they were a nicer and that the theatre was a bit cooler and not as warm during the movie.

It was quick and easy getting in, by buying tickets in advance on the app. The concessions staff was very friendly and the theater was clean and comfortable. Also love that you can refill your drinks and control your own butter on popcorn

EVERYTHIBG! Close to home. Purchase reserved seating online. Quick concession lines. Clean drinks are. Clean theatres. Clean bathrooms. Clean carpets. Smiling employees. All fixtures work. Ha ha. I’m really getting creative now. But we can’t forget what Santikos does to the immunity, it’s just great!!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like that the Silverado still offers a tray to carry your food in. These are phased out at your other theaters and I really miss them. It is impossible to carry my concessions to the seat without at least a flat tray. The small cardboard dish type tray offered is impractical. Frankly, the old brown fold-up tray from many years ago was just perfect. It would hold the drink in place and a popcorn and a hotdog. Can not something be done about this situation?
