What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I’ve been going to Santikos theaters for the past 15 years, specifically the palladium and it’s truly a nostalgic feeling each time I walk through the doors. From the friendly staff, to the smell is freshly popped popcorn, the palladium is easily the best and my favorite movie theater to visit.

The manager was very helpful in resolving my issue instead of leaving it unsolved. It is because of him I will consider returning to Palladium in the near future.
