I really enjoy going to the movies with my little girl — this time we picked the luxury loungers and honestly felt like VIPs!

Conveniently located, comfortable seats with swivel table/cup holder, and temperature. Screen size is perfect and image is sharply focused and the audio was balanced and not too loud or soft. So the environment allowed me to fully enjoy the cinematic experience.

Employees were exceptionally friendly!

We enjoyed the new seating that was installed where we can recline and enjoy the movie. We also noticed there was way more walk room in between the rows of seats which was extremely beneficial for someone who’s 7 months pregnant. All in all our movie experience was amazing and we will definitely return.

Military discount is wonderful. However, $5.00 does not extend to the family for popcorn and sodas.

i love the Mezz the adult theater the seat were very comfortable and relaxing. I also enjoyed being able to watched the movies without hearing other conversations around

Comfortable seats.

I’m a huge santikos supporter, it’s the only theaters I go to. But this past visit at the palladium was… interesting. Literally every person working seemed to not have a clue what they were doing. They were unfriendly and just straight up awkward. Like me ordering from them and asking questions was an inconvenience.
Doesn’t mean I won’t be back by any means. But employee training may need to be more improved?

Options and comfort.. great experience

I like that I expressed some concerns to the theater, management read them and assured me things were in the works to improve them. This shows me the theater is listening to it's customers and addressing their comments. That is some awesome customer service.
