It is very clean and organized. The only thing I do not like is trying to get your ticket outside and not able to read what is playing through the glass windows.

The renovations are amazing. Customer service was great. Seats are our favorite part. We love this theatre just wish it wasn’t such a far drive from our house.

Great viewing experience, very courteous concession staff, overall a premium level operation...especially compared to the Regal Live Oak 18 we’ve been going to for 10 years. We can hardly wait fir the new Santikos facility to open at IH35 and Wiederstein Road!

The staff at the concessions where amazing!! Regal who.... will make it mandatory to always use this location. They had smiles on there faces and actually looked happy to serve you. GREAT JOB Palladium!!

Great new facilities. Very well done. Several times now however, when we order the greek salad, there are no olives. I don't know if this indicates a bigger issue.

Obviously the recliners make the movie so much more enjoyable, I just wish you could adjust both the foot pedal and the back of the chair. Other than that I have always enjoyed watching movies at the Palladium.
