What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Clean theater. Nice wait staff. Great ticket counter help. But when it gets close to movie time, the bar/snacks/restaurant gets backed up.

You guys are great but your staff isn’t stingy with the posters some of them will give it then to you at the beginning of the movie others will say YOU HAVE TO WAIT and then at the end the posters are gone. They don’t care but I’m the one spending a ton of money with you guys

We had some visiting friends from out of state that wanted to go see a movie and, of course, we took them to the Palladium. They were so impressed by the courteousness of the staff, the quality of the food, and all of the amenities that they wished they had Santikos back home!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great seats and sound. Most importantly I like being able to reserve specific seats. Also, everything is always clean.

One complaint would be prices. And please understand that if you ever put up a 30.06 sign I and many people I know will never return to any of your theaters.

Good picture and sound. Immersive movie experience. Not my preferred format, but if asked I always recommend a Santikos Theater.

Like the ability to reserve my seat. The new lounge chairs are better. I like the ability to have someone bring me my drinks. So far, I find the menu choices are okay.
