Like the ability to reserve my seat. The new lounge chairs are better. I like the ability to have someone bring me my drinks. So far, I find the menu choices are okay.

We love the Santikos Theaters. Friendly helpful staff, Nice bathrooms and kept really clean. Food is good too! We usually go to Casa Blanca, Palladium or Silverado.

the customer service is always wonderful, and the atmosphere for movie watching is incredible. We did have to move theatres because of a light bulb issue and that was inconvenient, but overall the experience was great.

My experience was great. The only thing that bothers me is there is not a smaller size popcorn I can get between a kids and a regular.. or that I can’t upgrade me drink with the kids combo.

The theatre was very clean. We sat at the bar before our movie and it was great. The environment was relaxing and the theatre itself is very beautiful. I liked that they had a great selection of craft beer at the upstairs bar.
