What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The ambience of the movie theater. It is very inviting. The recliner seats are good. The availability of gelato (icecream) in the lobby is great. The fact that you get rewards certificates when you reach 75 points with your loyalty card and can redeem the certificates online while buying tickets---that is certainly a plus!!! Also, that there is a Guest Services desk at the theater where you can go for help.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I typically always enjoy my visit to the palladium imax. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the cleanliness this theater offers. Two areas that could use improvement are the availability of Apple Pay and parking. If you guys would offer the ability to pay by using Apple Pay in the app as well as in theater it would be a huge improvement. As for parking, I do realize that garage parking is available however a great deal of it is usually closed off to valet. I don’t care for people to drive my 120000 car so I can’t utilize that feature. I do highly recommend this theater to all my friends.

The palladium is beautiful. The recliner seats are comfortable. The games are fun. The only down fall is the price of the food, but i'm you sure you know that. That's possibly a good portion of your profits, so I understand. Besides that, it really is a great experience, and I enjoy it each time I go.

Santikos Palladium is the best movie theatre I have been in my whole life, top of the line service, and unique movie show experience. I also love the Santikos Bijou for special movies and the artistic atmosphere.
