Friendliness and cleanliness
I haven't been to the Palladium in a couple years due to moving to the other side of town. All I have is Regal in the Schertz area. I see they did some upgrades and looks great and the new seats are amazing! Made me realize how much I miss Santikos. Love my refillable Icee option. I wish I had a Santikos closer to my area.
Everything was amazing, except for the bathrooms. They really need to be updated. In this day and age you should not have to touch anything inside of a pubic bathroom..
What is there not to like!? The staff the atmosphere , movies. Then include the great rewards and snacks! Everything is enjoyable and best of all asigned seating! Love all of it! Thank you

The theater is excellent! I hadn't been since the remodeling but it looks great! The only thing I was a little bummed about was the gelato station is no longer there.

The comfortable seating, reserved seating and the bar.
I like the staff. They are very polite. We had a chair that was broken. I told an employee. They moved us. Then a guy came and fixed it. The chair got unplugged some how. He apologized and told us we could go back. The only complaint is their Caesar salad they give Italian dressing instead. They get it wrong every time. I told them before and they brought the same thing again. Caesar dressing does not have the same taste. I eat a lot of salads ever where. So i know.

The new theater seating. I will say, I don’t like how the foyer area has been cleared out and the concession area is almost this weird minimalist style. To be honest, it’s almost like you’re trying to look similar to the Santikos Casa Blanca which is disturbing. Those kiosks in that building make Athe whole place so impersonal and it looks almost clinical. I hope that’s not the direction the Palladium is going. Right now, the Palladium is our favorite theater.

The seats are comfortable, the picture and sound quality are excellent, and the food/bar options allow something for everyone
It was my daughter's 1st time to be at a theater. She was VERY excited! The staff responded greatly to her sharing her excited moment with them! Everyone was so cheerful with her, making it a great 1st experience for her! Thank you!

Everything. The seatig were spacious and very comfortable
The movie theatre was very clean and the employees are very nice and helpful.
The new recliner chairs were nice and comfy.

Everything Santikos is great so easy to get tickets on the app also snack bar lines were quick. Management wad also able to answer questions for us. Theaters were clean and seating so comfortable now with reclining chairs.
