What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I bought tickets twice due to me ordering tickets for the wrong day, I even came back days later because at the time I only was about to start and the manager was busy. But when I came back 3 days later I still had my receipt and the people against service we're really nice about it

Always a great experience when I attend Santikos Palladium theater. Thank you for the special viewing of Saving Private Ryan. Happy I finally got to see it. My little brother would watch it all the time before he passed away with cancer. Now I see why he liked the movie so much; It was awesome! Thanks again Santikos.

I love the new reclining seats. Since I have back problems I usually start having discomfort after sitting for an hour and a half but with the new seats I can sit and enjoy any length of movie.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I think the movie theater and it’s improvements are awesome! I also feel that your staff is always on point and amazing!
One recommendation I would make that I think would have you continue to beat out any competition would be to look at obtaining the technology to screen certain movies in 4DX.
Example of that is in South Korea at the I-Park mall.
It is similar to the technology used on the Shrek movie theater in Universal Florida.
