What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Convenience of purchasing online and having guest services print your tickets when you arrive. All staff I encountered that evening--from guest services to concessions to the usher were friendly and courteous. The theater was busy but that did not affect their professionalism, keeping a smile on their faces for all patrons. A great movie experience!

Discounted tickets is a significant gesture towards recognizing those in the military and the elderly. Ease of seat selection using the mobile app. Clean environment and friendly service. Rewards program and valet parking.

My family and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the reclining seats... Food was good and great customer service... Just wish they offered food service inside theater like Casa Blanca does, it makes it convenient to be served.

Atmosphere is nice. Palladium is my theater of choice in San Antonio. It's a little expensive tho, that's whywe don't go more often. I am in the rewards program but wish we could get more for our money. I did miss out on some rewards for some reason, not sure why but I could not get some rewards earned.
