OMG - The new recliner seats are amazing. We splurged and got the "Two VIP at the Mezz Adult" tickets and it was an awesome movie experience. We will definitely try to get these seats again for the next movie we see. Thanks for making the movie experience even better!!!!

A consistently pleasant experience every time we go. No long lines, never a lack of your favorite snack, membership that rewards you each visit and after. Also, a big THANK you for employing folks who normally would not be the face of such an establishment.

I love all of the Santikos theaters. It's a bonus that the theaters are being updated but the fact that the theater gives back to the community is icing on the cake!

The reason for my email is for a complaint for the first time. I pre purchased my ticket to be amongst the first to see Avengers Infinty War first showing at 6pm and was disappointed that upon reaching the concesion stand they were sold out of the collectors tin Avengers popcorn bucket. How could there not be enough buckets for the first showing. This really sours my experience and excitement as I rushed from working out of town to make this special event and now I feel cheated. Thank you for your time I will however remain faithful and loyal to santikos as it’s my favorite way to experience movies. Have a great day!
