I loved and enjoyed the Mezz at the Palladium w/personal waiter

The staff was very nice to me I love the customer service. The movies were really nice and clean drinks were great everything about your Theater was was amazing.

The theatre was very clean. We sat at the bar before our movie and it was great. The environment was relaxing and the theatre itself is very beautiful. I liked that they had a great selection of craft beer at the upstairs bar.

I love the Palladium. Watching movies is a hobby for me, and the experience is taken to a new height at the Palladium, especially at The Mezz.

Easy parking, great food, beautiful place. Favorite place for movies!

However, the new blue accents outside are horrible. Makes the place look cheap!!!

How clean and comfortable the theater was

We did the VIP seats and they were fantastic and worth the extra. Great service too!

This is not a major item, but I wanted to point out that I joined the rewards program and later the same day when I went to purchase some foods items they could not find my account to credit the purchase. It would seem to me that the info should be be available even if I joined 8 hours earlier

Wonderful place with all the bells and whistles.

I love everything about the palladium. I never have to wait a long time at the concession stand, the quality of the picture and surround sound are always the best. So good that I drive an hour and a half just to watch marvel movies and other big movies on the imax screen, and the loyalty reward points come in handy as well.

We love going to the Palladium, especially with the new VIP feature! My only concern with my last visit was that Tha kitchen closed soon after our movie had begun. It seems silly to offer movie showings at 1030pm (after trailers the movie started around 1045) and right before 11 they came around and told us the kitchen was already closed. No warning, no nothing, so we weren't able to order anything. Being able to order food during the movie is one of the perks we pay for with this more expensive ticket & we didnt even get that. Plus the server didn't bother to pass out the complimentary popcorn to anyone, it was sitting towards the front of the theater halfway through the movie so everyone just grabbed one on the way out.
