It’s a very nice and comfortable place to watch a movie
Location is convenient
Crowd control can be a problem at this theatre. I find that the younger associates are not yet mature enough to keep the crowd in proper order. An example occurred yesterday when I waited patiently in line for ice cream and quite a while at that. When it came my turn a younger man got in front of me and was helped by the associate.
Yes I understand that young people can be very rude but part of the responsibility of working in the theater is maintaining your position.
P.S. The assistant manager who talked to my wife and I did little to assist the situation. Lesson learned...If the managers are trained there is no hope for the younger people.
I am a member of Santikos and very loyal as you can tell if you wish. But that doesn't mean I have to be treated poorly or be ignored.

Great theater
Usually, when I go to a movie, I feel like I’m just watching it on a big screen, which is great. When I see a movie in IMAX I feel like I’m really seeing the movie.
Great place to take the family for movies and games. Comfortable seating and very clean.

We just joined, and REALLY ENJOYED our experience! Because we don't make it to the theater often, this was a really pleasant surprise. Comfy reclining seats, wine, popcorn and privacy will have us going back more frequently!
I had an incredible experience with Santikos. We had tickets to the wrong showing and were occupying someone else’s seats. We were given tickets to an alternate showing at a different theater. It was a great movie and it was great movie experience. There was a problem and the theatre staff moved to solve it. Kudos to Santikos.
I enjoyed the ease of ticket purchases. I also enjoyed how quickly we were able to purchase our snacks and how comfortable the seats are.
The best theater I have been to in a long time. Comfortable seats, great food, earth shattering sound, crystal clear picture. Can’t ask for anything more.

In spite of the fact that my spouse and I feel a long-standing connection to the Embassy Theaters, we have been enjoying our movie adventures at the Palladium. The staff members are kind and helpful, the seats are awesomely comfortable, and the food satisfies our hunger.

Love Santikos theatres!! Recliners are great, selection of movies, special events like The Walking Dead and Sandlot and concession. Just a good experience, go with friends and take all my grandchildren there!
