The service was quick and nice. The employees were nice and efficient. The theater’s and bathrooms were very clean. A very positive experience. The theater’s were loud enough and the lights weredark enough to enjoy the movie, but dim enough to if you needed to go to the concession or bathroom you could without problem.

My husband and I love Santikos! The bartenders are really friendly and pleasant to talk to and the drinks are good as is the food. Love the chicken club sandwich and the Epic Nachos. My favorite area is the MEZZ and I wish you all had more movies up there and the adult vibe is nice! Thanks Santikos.

I enjoyed my movie experience. The lobby was very clean and I was greeted by an usher. There was no line for the concessions. I really think the popcorn set-up is nice. I also liked that there were ample stations for butter and to refill your drink. I imagine it can get very crowded during peak times and there was plenty of room for more people! The actual theater itself was clean and the floors were spotless. The movie I saw with my daughter was at 12:15 on a Monday Morning so it wasn't crowded at all. But when we left, there were more people coming to see the Minecraft movie. Overall, very happy with my experience at the Palladium.

The service was great at the concession stand. The restrooms were very clean. The seats were very very comfortable.

Watching a movie at Santikos is a wonderful experience. Facility is always clean, seats are always comfortable and well kept. The screen and sound are impeccable.

The seats are super comfy and the theaters aren’t super huge for a more intimate experience. We went for a 3D movie and it was great fun. We are Santikos loyalty members and it feels like we get a free popcorn every 3rd visit or so.
