We love the reclining seats--very comfortable! We wish you had those nice seats in the IMAX theater. But everything else is great! Your staff is always helpful, everything is clean, the restaurant is SUPERB (the best cheeseburger in town!), and using the QR code is the absolute epitome of speed and convenience. Nicely played, you guys!

I like being able to enjoy a quiet moment with my husband while the kids are in school. And have time to do other activities while we are out. Being retired has it's perks and so does Santikos.

I had a very pleasant experience at the VIP Mez with palladium. I was served a very pleasant drink and nicely cooked food. The firs are the best! The staff were also very polite and helpful.

The fact that everything is well organized and they stayed open when no one else did.

The restrooms could use some attention however and the carpets also.

During my visit, I was at the concession stand when the lights flickered and all cash registers had to be reset. I was waiting patiently to pay but the systems were slow to re-boot. Instead of keeping me waiting the employee told me my small popcorn and M&Ms were on the house. Yay!! Great customer service!!!
