We recently voiced a concern from a previous visit to your theater and almost immediately received a response from Ms. Shawna Dailey. She offered a pair of rain checks and we were very pleased to see how quickly she acted to make things right. That level of professionalism is what encourages everyone to return and continue enjoying the entertainment the Palladium has to offer. Thank you!

All the Santikos I’ve gone to are always clean and all the employees are friendly and polite. The seats are comfortable and I love the recliners. It is amazing all the support Santikos gives the community! My sincere thanks for all you do!!! 😃

It felt nice to return to a theatre to watch a movie. We were avid movie goers. However my comfortable chair squeaked very loudly whenever I adjusted the seat.
